What is the MOQ of pre-made packaging?

For digital printing, the general MOQ is 3000pcs and MOQ of rotogravure printing is around 30000pcs.

What is the production lead time?

3-10 days for digital printing, 18-28 days for rotogravure printing.

Are pouches and film FDA approved?

Yes, fully BRCGS certified with A grade. All food packagings meet FDA and EC food contact requirements.

Is the recyclable packaging much more expensive than conventional packaging?

The Mono-PE packaging is slight more expensive than conventional solutions. But the value it brings worth much more than the cost.

How does the performance of recyclable packaging in terms of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, strength, etc.?

We produce multiple barrier standard of MDOPE raw film by ourselves for different barrier and strengths level. Current can meet WTR≤0.25g/㎡*24h, OTR≤0.2cc/㎡*24h, 0.1Mpa which is good for most of dry food packaging.

Do the materials comply with environmental standards and regulations?

Yes, our Mono-PE recyclable packaging can meet Recyclass, How-2-recycle, Double (Easy-to-recycle, Easy-to-regenerate),etc.certification requirements.
